losing gold

I'm happy I'm usually more interested in practicing sports than watching it on the telly. Ice-hockey is kind of my one exception. Watching Finland loose the olympic gold medal to Sweden yesterday was heart-breaking. I nearly started crying.

i neither practice or watch sport, but beating the swedish is an obligation to a norwegian so I grieve with you! ;-)

I thought I exaggerated, having to write a post about the Finnish loss. Then I happened to see the Swedish celebrate their goal on Swedish television. It seriosuly annoyed me. It's official: I can be one of those sports-fanatics.

A silver-medal isn't too bad though. It's a pretty decent result considering the Finnish ice-hockey-team has continually let me down for as long as I can remember. Or at least since 1995 when they were world champions.
